At Gachus, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.


🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

⚠️ Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, festivals, strikes).


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all prepaid orders.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS

  • A tracking link with real-time updates

You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account on our website.


🏠 Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Gachus is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will usually try up to 3 times before returning the order.
