We currently ship only within India.
📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

🏠 Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Gachus is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will usually try up to 3 times before returning the order.
